I know so far Reporting is limited to the Opportunities side of the product, but I need to be able to quickly evaluate our operational people. I need reports of how many Service Callse a given person (resource) completed in a given week.
This can be done by filtering lists, which is how I do it now, but this seems universal enough that I believe all service-dispatch operations will want it. Having to sort, filter, and count is laborious.
Currently this can be done with the API, but that is a heavy lift, and requires us to leave dTC and use another application. Willing to do so and don't expect dTC to do everything...but the data is right there and I believe
