add a activity/audit log showing all/any changes made to each catalog item. such that for each unique catalog product/item, we show all changes made to the catalog, who made the changes, the date, the value before and value after the change

We have shipped a complete history of price and cost changes for each catalog product, including what changed, when it changed, and what triggered it, making pricing disputes faster to resolve and improving trust in your product data.
