Ability to revise vendor on purchase order

Sometimes an order is placed with one vendor, but then it needs to be moved to a different one (no stock, better pricing, admin entry error that needs to be adjusted, etc.) This would be helpful to be able to adjust instead of having to cancel and recreate a new purchase order.
