UOM settings similar to how it was in SI - PO's then consolidate total quantities.

It would be nice to have the same SI feature to set UOM for ordering. When a PO is made, UOM set to 1000 ft for example, and there are 10 100ft runs on the project, that wire will show up as one spool of 1000ft on the PO.
