Custom Subscription Billing Frequencies

Allow additional Subscription Billing Frequencies (Catalog) for subscriptions. Clients with cloud-hosted systems and SSA's\SMA's have the option for multiple-year licenses. 3yr, 5yr, 10yr. Having the option to select the billing Frequency based on the license will allow for easier renewal tracking.

    Hi @Guest to make sure we solve the renewal-tracking need: would a set of longer fixed frequencies (2yr / 3yr / 5yr / 10yr) cover your licenses, or do you also need truly custom intervals? And should a 3-year license bill once up front for the full term (one invoice covering 36 months), or bill once every 3 years on renewal? Those are different mechanics on our side, so your examples would help a lot.
