Being able to create an email template in both the service and projects tab that allows you to have a reply to and send copy to email for every invoice that gets sent to a customer. This is helpful so our accounting team knows when invoices are getting sent to customers and when customers reply to the email someone in accounting is able to help them rather than their sales person which is typically faster.
