Create the ability to run basic Time + Materials service calls (projects) with no quote or proposal required. This will allow for scheduling resources, capturing notes and pictures, and billing without prior approval. This would be customers who just need a little help and perhaps they already own everything and it is not tied to any prior project or service contract.
This would help save a lot of time when you have to replace a part or two to repair the system and just need to get the customer a price. No need for a whole opportunity/projects workflow
