We would like to request native multi-site (multi-office) functionality within a single D-Tools instance.
Our organization operates multiple divisions across different geographic regions (e.g., Virginia and Florida) under a shared ownership structure. We would like the ability to manage these divisions within one centralized D-Tools environment while maintaining clear separation where needed.
Key functionality would include:
Ability to define multiple offices or business units within a single database
Office-specific settings (address, branding, tax rates, terms, etc.)
Segregation of projects, contacts, and reporting by office
User permissions scoped by office or division
Consolidated reporting across all offices for management visibility
This would allow us to streamline operations, maintain consistent processes, and avoid the inefficiencies of managing separate databases for each location.
Multi-site support would be especially valuable for growing integrators and organizations operating across multiple regions.
