Currently, there is no way to auto-generate emails or prompts for work that is overdue. It just sits there in the regular list. This can occur in to-do lists, service calls, project tasks, the project itself, etc, making trying to track what is overdue or missed for staff very cumbersome.
There should be a way to email the person its assigned to for overdue work to be completed, and the office staff/organiser too if it remains overdue past a certain amount of time.
Currently, tasks can be ignored or forgotten about without any prompt to deal with it, which is very poor from a management point of view.

Its helpful for the same reason your AI is able to pull this data according to the new email since CEDIA. Being able to look at overdue tasks when asked is nice, but being able to be proactive on it via these emails (or other forms of notifications) ensures prompter response.
