Cable is quoted by specified lengths set in projects. However, when adding the cable to a Purchase Order these lengths are not converted to total length for ordering. We are having to review project items line by line for cable and then inspect each cable item to see the length specified then manually total the length and convert to the number of reels or boxes to order. This is not only a labour-intensive manual task it's extremely prone to inaccuracy.
