PLEASE delay the pop-up action by 2 sec. It's normal/expected to delay. The little pop-up bubbles appear immediately when moving the mouse cursor over/across items (products for example). This gets in the way of navigating and clicking things like "..." for an item. It also interrupts the ability to scroll if a pop-up bubble ends up under the cursor while scrolling. Pop-ups like that should not be immediate and in other software, it doesn't pop-up unless you can't see the whole text in your regular view (e.g. narrow column).
Also note that the pop-ups have smaller font which is a bit less easy to read.
