Add option of "Delete" to inactive products

I'm not sure why inactive products don't have the ability to be deleted. "Delete" should be added to their "..." menu.

    I learned that an active product won't delete if it's currently used in a quote which probably makes sense, but we should be informed of this situation, not just blindly have the product inactivated instead of deleting like we tried to do.
