It would be great if there was some ability for Item Statuses to be customizable or to include warehouse functions as well.
Statuses that could be helpful:
Backorder - helps indicate ETA is longer than normal, but does not require further action
Extended Backorder - helps indicate ETA is longer than normal, and may require further action, ie different vendor, substitution, project timeline adjustment, etc
Pull from Stock - indicates need to pull item from Non-Inventory Stock
Pulled from Stock - indicates item has been pulled from Non-Inventory Stock, equivalent of Received
Current fixed states/editable name:
System State - “Name”
Unordered - “Unordered”
In Stock - “In Stock”
Ready to Order - “Ready to Order”
Draft - “Draft”
Ordered - “Ordered”
Received - “Received”
Client Supplied - “Client Supplied”
