Please add the ability to automatically send email notifications to selected team members when a record’s status changes. Ideally, this feature would allow users to define rules based on specific status transitions and choose recipients by individual users or roles. This would help ensure the right team members are informed at the right time without requiring manual follow-up, improving internal communication and workflow efficiency.
We also see this as an extra step that allows things to be missed when that manual communication isn't taken. A big one is with new change orders, if they are not change orders that require a signature there isn't a way for everyone on the job to be notified.
