Record what happens when an item's subscription lapses

For each item with a subscription, record what a lapse does: the device stops working, or it keeps working but loses support. Use it to rank which renewals matter most.

Today there is no per-item field for the effect of a lapse. Vote and comment if you track renewal risk by device.
