Alert the quote owner when an open quote passes a set age, for example 90 days, and when prices change or items are discontinued. Let the user refresh prices on demand into a new version instead of overwriting the old one, choose between keeping the sell price (and seeing the new margin) or keeping the margin (and seeing the new sell price), and compare current and new margin side by side. Optionally require a refresh before an aged quote can become a project.
Quotes can come back a year or more later expecting the original price.
