Right now we have to duplicate a lot of work between D-Tools and QBO. One area where I think D-Tools could help relates to Bills in QBO. Our current workflow:
Create PO in D-Tools
Push PO from D-Tools to QBO
Open QBO and add PO name to PO (not sure why this does not push from D-Tools)
When the purchased items arrive at our warehouse we open D-Tools and receive the items
Then we open QBO PO and receive the items in QBO, which creates the bill in QBO
It would be great if there was a way to create a bill in QBO when items are marked "Received" and added to inventory in D-Tools.
I have not thought through this entirely, but it might eliminate the need to push the PO to QBO. The only issue would be the financial side of being able to track the value of items that had been ordered and not yet received.
