On an opportunity need to have fields mandatory to be filled in. Estimated Close date for examp. Merged

Making fields on an opportunity required or not required will help us down stream in the CRM. We utilize the data from the the Estimated close date to run future cash flow reports. With that field being optional we spend lots of time chasing down Sales people to update it. Would be nice to have that a required field that they cannot move on with out those dates.
