We have certain vendors that offer "pay now" pricing or other discounts that are not necessarily reflected in the individual item pricing that then aren't reflected in a PO. There are also some vendors that charge shipping that also would not be reflected in a PO. I would like the ability to put a number in the PO of what we actually paid for the items so that it accurately flows through to the job costing report.
