Service Call Internal Notes

Can we please make the internal notes section of service calls editable in all statuses of the project. This is where the team can communicate back and forth about the service call and it would be helpful if we could add updated notes regarding payment requests and conversations with the customer even when in "invoice sent" status or later as needed.
