Add the column for item 'Cost' to the service module

When using the service module, there is not an easy way to see what the cost is on a completed service call. In a project we can see the review and the job costing, in a service call we can not. It would be very beneficial if in a service call, in the products section, you could select or deselect that 'cost' column of the object. This would allow users to the see the profit for items sold as currently there is no easy way to see the profit for items sold during a service call.
