I’m selling a lot to bars and restaurants these days. This market especially appreciates leasing the equipment, it closes my deals so much faster, and pays me 100% up front.
At this point I’m NOT sending the proposals to the client until they’ve already given me the verbal close because sending them a proposal with the total dollar amount freaks them out, and I will lose that business.
What I REALLY need is the ability to put in the lease rate factors into the system and choose between giving the client a purchase price and leasing pricing. I’d need 6 total input lines.

I’m trying to show a range for each lease term. On the proposal I’d want it to be displayed roughly like this:
36 Month: $519/mo - $538/mo
48 Month: $731/mo - $788/mo
60 Month: $851/mo - $903/mo
