Overview

The current Connection View likely relies on an automatically generated layout that places devices and connections according to predefined positioning rules. While functional for small systems, larger or more complex projects quickly become difficult to interpret because:

  • Devices overlap visually

  • Connection lines become tangled

  • Signal flow is unclear

  • Related devices are scattered

  • Dense diagrams become overwhelming

This feature would introduce manual layout controls so users can organize the Connection View in a way that reflects:

  • Real-world installation structure

  • Signal flow logic

The goal is to transform Connection View from:
