Hello. We would appreciate the ability to default to adding service plans to our quotes. It would ensure our clients receive the service plan option and that the sales team adds it to the quote. Service plans give our team members' lives outside of work. We don't have to answer tech support questions during our personal time. This work-life balance is an essential factor in retaining industry long-term employees.
