    This drop-down currently shows any contacts that are not attached to an account. We are making some changes to the workflows for adding accounts and contacts. We plan to remove this drop-down and make it easier to select between using an existing account/contact or adding a new account/contact. A new process to "promote" a contact to a account is being considered as well.
