Currently all payment terms, email templates, change order templates, and many of the custom settings are defaulted at the organization level, rather than individual users.
it's imperative that these be tied to the user rather than the organization. If you have multiple teammates who handle different verticals, then one team is stuck having to work with another team's defaults.
