We need to be able to see if an account has a service plan (Service Agreement or Monitoring Agreement) when looking at the account from the account mode. Just like we can see subscriptions, service calls, opportunities, and projects. Currently there is no way for us to see if there is a service or monitoring agreement without making a NOTE, or searching elsewhere in the software. A lot of companies that use a dispatch role to triage and schedule service calls will do so by starting at the account level.
