Allow Items to Be Client Selectable even if entire system is client selectable.

Allow items to be configured so that items are still client selectable when put under a client selected system/location. Right now, they are auto selected by selecting the system/location.

IE: Audio is system is client selectable, still allow individual items to be optional ex - Subwoofer
