Add default "none" option to all non required drop downs

Sometimes users accidently will select something in a non required drop down and are unable to "clear" or select a default option that does not lock in any project, service contract, or other non required drop down. Being able to have a default "non" option would help alot with workflow and overall fatigue when moving through the DTC software.
