Import feature for opportunities/projects/etc.

When moving over from other applications, we do not have a proper way to import full project history from those apps. Currently the workflow requires us to create new opportunities and then win them into projects just to have them show up inside of Cloud, which feels like a core feature missing. This expands into active POs, inventory history, etc.
