Generate PO for Sub-Contractors

Currently their isn't a clear way to take line items in a quote for a sub contractor and convert those line items to a purchase order. This has made keeping track of sub contractor estimates a hassle. It would be great to be able to add 10 part numbers on the proposal to a PO and it doesn't combine those part numbers into one line.
