Scan Window Blank

Go to Inventory interface, hover over item then click ellipse and select Map barcode.

Expected: would be able to scan or do something
Actual: Scan window opens blank

Go to Catalog->My Products and hover over item then click ellipse and select Map barcode. Same bug.
