Make adjustments only apply to certain phase, system etc and make it able to add to the individual products instead of a bottom line item (Work like SI)
This makes the adjustment more relavant to the project and makes it so you don't have to explain another significant line item (easier to show a "installed price" with 5% parts on a item than a 5% total adjustment at the end.
