Description:Currently, notes can only be added at the project level under "Overview > Notes" tab. This requires referencing change orders indirectly and doesn't provide dedicated space for CO-specific communication.
Requested Feature:Add the ability to attach internal notes directly to individual change orders, similar to how purchase orders allow internal notes even after status changes.
Use Case:Project managers and engineers need a dedicated space within each change order to:
Track CO-specific requirements and decisions
Communicate about individual CO progress
Document internal discussions related to that specific change order
Use @mentions for CO-specific notifications
Benefits:
Centralized communication per change order
Better organization than project-level notes
Improved coordination between team members on specific COs
Maintains context when reviewing individual change orders
