the ability to scroll left and right in safari.

I use Safari. I don't have a touch pad, I use a mouse. there is no bar at the bottom to move the screen from left to right, although there is more on the left and right not within the viewable page.

    This is also a problem with Google Chrome. The vertical and horizontal scroll bars are invisible. We have to click randomly around the screen to find it. Once we click on it, then it shows.
