Hello, I am not sure if this is the best place to communicate this type of feedback - if you could please pass this along to the correct place?
I just wanted to provide my user feedback that the updated way to schedule service calls is very inconvenient. It does not allow for scheduling upon the half hour, and most troublesome on my end is that it does not allow at all for me to assign someone to a call if they are already scheduled on something else - there are times when it is necessary for us to put events on as placeholders, for example and in situations of "if this, then that"... this will make it cumbersome to do so.
