Ability to Quickly See if Quote Item Cost is Vendor or User Set

It would be nice to have a flag on items to see whether an items cost is user set vs vender set without having to click on each item to make it easier to check pricing. Maybe just a flag similar to the verification flag next to the item but rather next to the cost.
