I’d like to be able to add project specific notes to individual items. This could be client facing or project notes for techs.

    Great Idea,


    During the sales process, we often need to capture item‑specific details such as color selections, custom features, or special instructions. Currently, notes can only be added at the location or system level, which makes it difficult to keep item‑specific information organized.

    It would be helpful to add a note directly under a quote item. That note should carry through when the opportunity becomes a project and remain visible during product requests and PO creation so the procurement team can see the item‑specific instructions
