Not all service calls get fixed in 1 day. Field users should be able to call up a previous service ticket, and add additional times, dates, descriptions of service rendered. Currently, if you can see an older call that is incomplete that you are revisiting, you can't start a new description on a new date, your forced to add to the existing comments, add to the existing hours, it's not practical. Add an "additional visit" section to the ticket that allows you to add info as if it was a new ticket.
