I'd like to be able to generate a nice Service Call report to provide to clients rather than send them a "Payment Request" and have to mess around with the numbers so it shows $0 owed or have to tell them "no payment is actually due". This is particularly necessary for warranty and support plan clients where there isn't any money due. Customized categories would also be nice. When I perform a Preventive Maintenance trip, there are not always "Issues Reported" or "Next Steps".
