Sometimes in big commercial or industrial project, we go through a process of registering the project with multiple suppliers to get better pricing to put in our quotes. When we do, we got a project ID with said suppliers that we have to use when we place orders. Right now, our buyer has to create a databank of registered projects and not forget to consult it every time a PO is placed. This introduce a risk of human errors that can and does cost a lot of money. Since we use D-Tools Cloud to place orders, it would be usefull to have a tool within it to manage those registration numbers in project management to make sure it's added automatically every time we place an order.
