Provide a simple, print-friendly Bill of Materials for a project — a clean, single-line-per-item list of the equipment a project requires, without the extra detail (images, full descriptions, labor hours, pricing) found on the Installer report.
During staging and warehouse pick/pack, teams need a lightweight checklist to pull inventory against. The existing Installer report carries far too much information for this purpose. A concise Bill of Materials that can be printed and placed with the picked equipment makes it easy to see, at a glance, exactly what a project needs.
Simple, single-line-per-item layout in a readable (medium) font
Core columns only: Manufacturer, Model, Part Number, and Quantity
Basic project information in the header
A status indicator such as In Stock / Received
Printable and exportable

Hello @Guest, the inventory pick list report includes inventory tracked items that have been allocated (reserved) for the project. It allows you to see a simplified list (like the BOM) that shows all the warehouse locations for all the product allocated for the project.
I suspect that your projects do not have inventory items allocated. Can you please check this and try again?

Hi, I am trying to generate this report, but not seeing any of the picked items in the Pick List?

Hello and thanks to everyone for your input and votes on this idea. Glad to say that the July 2026 release contains a new project specific pick list report that outputs all the details requested for all allocated inventory project items.
