Service Calls need TO-DO's or other way of making RTO attached to the call
This has been requested as far back as 2023 with no acknowledgement from D-Tools. Currently because there is no To-Do option to make a request to order parts that is tied to the service call, our ordering person would need to scroll through all the service calls to find parts to order. As a result we've needed to add more complexity by creating dummy projects just so we can order parts for each service call, since projects have To-Do's tied to them.
