A secure client-facing portal where users can view all their open proposals, active projects, associated invoices, and service calls in one place. A calendar view showing scheduled tasks or site visits would help clients stay informed. Clients could also request/schedule service or create new leads/opportunities.
It would also be helpful to optionally show estimated delivery dates for procured items (toggle per project), so clients can see when gear is expected without giving them full backend access.
This would reduce back-and-forth emails and improve transparency for all stakeholders.
