Field users currently receive scheduling-related emails and task notification emails by default, with no option to disable them individually.
As a field user, I want the ability to disable scheduling and task notification emails so that I only receive notifications through the channels I actually use, without unnecessary email noise.
Acceptance Criteria
Field users can toggle scheduling-related emails on/off
Field users can toggle task notification emails on/off
Changes take effect immediately
Default behavior remains unchanged for existing users (emails enabled unless user opts out)
Preferences persist across devices and sessions

Field users should have the ability to turn off scheduling-related emails and task notification emails.
