Include an estimated arrival time in the customer's On My Way text

When a technician sends the On My Way message, include an estimated arrival time based on where the technician is, so the customer knows when to expect them.

Today the On My Way text carries no ETA. Location would be used only while a technician is clocked in or en route. Vote and comment if your customers ask when the technician will arrive.
