Calculate install labor from device count multiplied by a difficulty level (using the difficulty factor labor already has), then add engineering, CAD and project management labor as percentages of install labor, with a manual override on any line.
Today labor is set per item and there are no percentage-based labor lines, so estimators do this math in spreadsheets.
