Add a Site Conditions section to the opportunity and quote. The user picks the conditions that apply, for example high ceilings, concrete walls or a secured facility. Each condition adjusts labor by a set percentage on the categories it affects (building on the difficulty factor labor already has) and can add preset products and labor, such as a lift and spotter, a hammer drill and anchors, or background checks.
Built-in conditions plus admin-defined ones; several can apply at once and compound; conditions can be set per location as well as for the whole project, and defaulted by customer or site.
