Conditional accessory rules

Set rules for how accessories are added to an item: a parameter (distance, height, length, weight and so on) and the product or labor to add or remove. Example: add a J-hook for every given number of feet of cable run.

Today accessories follow the quantity of the item they are attached to and cannot respond to a measurement.
