Track project material issues and returns without a change order

We need a way to scan out wire and parts against a project without changing the sold quantity or adding labor. For example, we might send five thousand feet of wire so installers can pull from multiple boxes at once, but the job only includes a thousand sold. We want to keep the warehouse balance, crew balance, and job usage all accurate and track issued, returned, transferred, and actual use. Supports change orders for scope changes but need practical daily material tracking without dozens of change orders. Equipment is easy, prewire materials, rack parts and cable parts become a mess
